Ltd. Ed. Campeche-Collection Hats

from 40.00

Our most recent collection of handwoven hats comes directly from the Herrera-Cohuó family of Bécal, Campeche. As the center of Mayan weaving in Mexico, their village is infamous for its impeccable craftsmanship and centuries-old techniques, which include weaving in humid limestone caves below their workshops. Woven out of palm leaf and jipijapa fiber foraged from the family’s own land, this collection is as sustainable as it gets.

We brought only a handful of traditional styles back with us, direct from their workshop. Because of their unique nature, we feel it’s ideal to try them on for size + style in person, if possible.

Live in Portland? Check out the few remaining Campeche-collection hats at our next pop-up (follow us on Instagram for info on upcoming events), or email us to make an appointment to try one on at our studio in NE PDX.

Don’t live in Portland, but interested in one of the hats from the collection? Contact us, and we’ll see what we can work out!
